Harmony Home Care Services: Safety and Adherence
The safety of our clients is of the highest importance. We background check all staff prior to their first day of service and ensure that our clients know how to communicate any concerns to our agency and to officials. Likewise, the safety of our staff is of equal importance, and with great cooperation from clients and family, we can all work together to provide the best service possible.
Each in-home aide will go through training and orientation before being assigned to any client. As our service is ongoing, supervision ensures that all staff is meeting their full potential by completing in-home assessments on all aides every
90-days – by one of our Registered Nursing staff members (RN Supervisor) to
ensure that we are meeting all needs and expectations.
